1. Place a Delivery Order

2. Make a Table Reservation

  • Reservation Hours: You can book a table for lunch or dinner at our restaurant from [Opening time, e.g., 12:00 PM] to [Closing time, e.g., 11:00 PM].
  • Reservation Process:
    1. Indicate the desired date and time, as well as the number of guests.
    2. Provide your name, phone number, and email address.

    4. You will receive a reservation confirmation via email.
  • Reservation Conditions:
    • We ask that you be punctual. We will hold your reserved table for a maximum of [15 minutes] after the agreed-upon time.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Delivery Orders:

    • In case you receive an incorrect or damaged product, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue. We reserve the right to request a photo of the product to process a refund or redelivery.
  • Table Reservations:
    • There is no penalty for canceling a reservation. However, we appreciate it if you inform us in advance so we can offer the table to other customers.

4. Allergies and Intolerances

If you or any of your companions have food allergies or intolerances, please inform us when placing your order or reservation. We will do our best to adapt our dishes, but we cannot guarantee the complete absence of allergen traces.
